Today's Forecast

HCC

So I'm finishing my accounting class and one of the dudes in my class is like hey I got a text message in class that said school is closing. Sure enough... Hey look no English this afternoon. So I'm all like sweet. Then I walk outside. It is barely fuckin snowing. The roads are just WET. Like it drizzled. So I'm all like ok well whats the weather forcast calling for? Well it is calling for snow. Like it has been since yesterday. Even says that it is snowing at HCC. Oh well. Gives me more time to work on things like studying and websites.

PPH Points Per Hour

Roadshop

Ok so today I am thinkin to my self shit my points per hour are down. I need to raise it up. (current PPH 80%) So I'm like ok do some quick and easy shit. Headunit in a Windstar and then an XM install in a Sequioia or how ever its spelled. Well the Toyota turned out to be a pain in my ass and shit kept not going right. Didn't help that I was outside in 40 Degree weather workin on it. It turned out nice in the end but took me way too fuckin long to do. So I was like whatever, blew it off to get over it and moved on to the next easy car. Then my manager is all like I need to talk to you. I'm like CRAP I know what this is. So he sits me down and asked what he needs to do to make my PPH higher. I was like not give me bastard cars (cars that I have major problems with) and give me work to do so I'm not doing nothing killin my points.

Side Note: Points per Hour is based off of work done. A headunit is 6 points, a XM install is 18 points, a overhead video is 24 points, 2ch amp 12 poins, and an alarm is 26 points. and so on. The shop has a target line that varys from day to day. Right now it is 4.78 Points per hour. Take the points per hour you are doing i.e. 3.83/4.78 = 80% effeciency.

So yea those of you who think my job is easy, it really isn't. But yea... I got told to make it faster, even though my work doesn't comeback for repairs. and I have no SILs to my name. (SIL : Self insured loss. i.e Putting a screw though a roof). Blah. Why can't my parent support me like everyone else. JK . I have too many bills and not enough money coming in. Even though I made 28G last year. I am prob not gonna make that this year.
