If you
are not checked in by 8:30am on Saturday morning, you
will be forced to forfeit your spaces and they will be
sold. Please check to see what kind of spaces you
have. if you feel there is a problem, places give me a
call right away. Do no wait until you get to the event.
Due to the number of vendors for this event, we
would greatly appreciate it if as many people as
possible set up on Friday and Saturday to make the
move-in process as smooth as possible. This is a
large show, and if there are many vendors who wait until
Saturday they will probably have to carry their
merchandise to their spaces. We will have armed
security throughout the building on Friday evening
through Sunday
Credit
and good standing is NOT given to vendors who do
not show or do not cancel prior to the event. ALL
VENDORS MUST STAY UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW!! NO
EXCEPTIONS!! Also you will need to provide your own
tables and chairs. We appreciate your cooperation and
look forward to seeing you at Westminster Regional
Antique Motor Cycle Show/Parts Extravaganza 2005. Please
